This page tells you which personal data Entreno keeps, why, and with whom we share it.
Data we keep
- Your name, your email address and a hash of your password.
- The organisations you belong to and your role in each.
- The drills and sessions that you and your club create.
- Sign-in sessions with the browser and the IP address, so you can see and end them.
- Your theme choice.
Why we keep it
We use this data to run the service: to sign you in, to share content inside your club, to send account emails and, after the beta, to bill your organisation.
Who we share it with
- Resend sends our emails.
- Google signs you in, if you choose Google.
- Stripe takes payments after the beta. We do not store card numbers.
- PostHog, in the EU, receives error reports and page views. It gets your user id, not your email. It sets no cookies and records no sessions.
- Our hosting provider stores the database and its backups.
Published drills
A published drill is public. The publish dialog asks whether to show your name and your club name. The default shows the club name only.
Cookies
Entreno sets a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cookie for form protection, and a cookie for your theme. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can change your data in the account settings, export it, and delete your account. Send other requests to hello@entreno.app.
