Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Entreno at entreno.app. If you use Entreno, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give a correct email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for the actions on your account. An owner of an organisation decides who can join it and with which role.

Your content

Your drills and sessions belong to you or to your organisation. We store them to run the service. We do not sell them and we do not show them to other organisations, unless you publish a drill.

Published drills

• When you publish a drill to the community library, you give Entreno a worldwide, free licence to store, show and distribute that drill in the service.
• You also give every user of Entreno a licence to view the drill, add it to a library, use it in training, and change their own copy.
• You must own the drill or have the right to publish it. Do not publish material that you copied from another club or a book without permission.
• You can unpublish a drill at any time. Organisations that added it keep the version they added.
• We can hide a published drill that breaks these terms.

The beta

Entreno is free during the beta. Features can change. We tell you before the paid plans start, and every organisation gets 30 days free from the launch date.

Payment

After the beta, an organisation pays for a plan through Stripe. If a payment fails, the organisation keeps full access for 7 days. After that, the organisation can read and export its data, but cannot create or change content until it pays.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, scrape it, or use it to send spam. Do not upload content that is illegal or that harms other people.

Closing your account

You can delete your account in the account settings. You can export your data first. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

We run Entreno with care, but we give the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses.
